How to Use Your Migraine Relief Cap

Cold Therapy:

1. Place the cap in a freezer bag and store it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
2. If the cold cap causes discomfort, remove it immediately.
3. For convenience, you can keep your cap in the fridge so it's always ready for use.

Hot Therapy:

1. Remove the cap from the plastic bag and ensure it is at room temperature. 
2. Microwave the cap for 45 seconds. It can also be immersed in warm water until it reaches the desired temperature.
3. If the cap feels too hot, allow it to cool for a few minutes before using it.
