If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Anti-Aging Club Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Anti-Aging Club (the "Club"). By subscribing to the Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). Please read them carefully before accessing or using the services offered through the Club.

The Anti-Aging Club is intended for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. The content shared through the Club may include skincare tips, affirmations, recipes, psychology insights, motivational messages, and lifestyle-related recommendations. This content is based on general knowledge and research and is not authored by a licensed dermatologist or medical professional. Members should seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider if they have any specific concerns regarding their skin or health.

The content provided through the Anti-Aging Club is accessible via the platform antiagingsoldier.com, where members can access exclusive articles, tips, and community features.

2. Subscription and Billing
The Club membership is offered at less than $0.21 per day, billed monthly at $6.19. A 21-day free trial is available for new members. By subscribing, you agree to the automatic billing of $6.19 at the end of the trial period and on the same date each month thereafter unless you cancel your membership.

3. Free Trial Period
A 21-day free trial is offered to new members. However, access to the Club during the trial period is subject to the Membership Termination policy outlined in Section 17. The 21-day free trial begins the day your order is placed. If you do not cancel by the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged on Day 22. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to info@inflekt.co. Cancellation requests will be processed promptly. To avoid being billed for the subscription, you must cancel before the end of your free trial period and before the start of the next billing cycle. Once your subscription renews, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any payments made, including partial or unused subscription periods. If you cancel your membership after a billing cycle has started, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that billing cycle. 

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the Club, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of the Club and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share any content without prior written consent.

If members submit any content, including comments, feedback, or suggestions shared publicly within the Club, they grant the Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submitted content for promotional or educational purposes. If access is terminated, no refunds or extensions of the free trial period will be provided. We also reserve the right to limit access to specific features or content at any time without notice or liability.

18. Non-Transferability
Memberships to the Anti-Aging Club are personal to each member and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to any other person or entity without the express written consent of the Club.

19. Force Majeure
The Club shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor strikes, power outages, or internet service disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible.
